All monitoring products are intended for use on a computer that you own. In addition, if the person you want to monitor is 18 or older, you must tell them they are being monitored to comply with law. Please check all laws before you use any monitoring software.

All our products are distributed and licensed on an "as is" basis and no warranties or guarantees of any kind are promised by ParentalControls2010.com as to their performance, reliability or suitability to any given task. In no event shall ParentalControls2010.com be liable for any loss of data or ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, financial, physical, emotional or other, which might arise from its use. It is illegal to install monitoring software on PC's you do not own - and we cannot be held responsible for malicious users. ParentalControls2010.com will aid law enforcement in prosecution of users abusing our products for malicious purposes.

SOFTWARE DISTRIBUTION
Software found on ParentalControls2010.com may NOT be sold or distributed in any way without prior written consent.

OUR REFUND POLICY
All sales of our products are final. No refunds will be issued, guaranteed or promised. Once we issue a registered copy there is no way for us to recall, or rescind a registered program that has already been issued to a customer. Essentially, once the program has been issued there is no way for us to guarantee that a customer has not, or is not continuing to use the product.

When will refunds be granted?
If a problem with the software or service occurs, support staff will work with you to solve the problem. If the problem can not be resolved then a refund will be issued. There are absolutely no refunds after 30 days.

ParentalControls2010.com does not grant refunds for simply changing your mind about a purchase. By agreeing to purchase a product or service, you agree that the decision is final.

It is the responsibility of the customer to install software to their computer. Although some remote keyloggers contains remote install capabilities, this added feature is just one benefit which works for most situations. ParentalControls2010.com does not issue refunds for software if the remote user refuses to run it. The customer can still install the software locally.

Due to the nature of remote keylogger software, some anti virus, anti spyware or other software might detect or hinder the operation of the software. It is up to the user to ensure a proper operating environment for our software. Refunds are not issued due to software conflicts because the remote keyloggers can run fine by properly configuring your anti virus or anti spyware with our help.

SUPPORT
It is the policy of ParentalControls2010.com to offer free E-mail based technical support to all of our registered and unregistered customers. We will filter support requests for all non-freeware products of ParentalControls2010.com from unregistered users.

SOFTWARE PIRACY
ParentalControls2010.com will take legal action against any users that are found to be pirating ParentalControls2010.com products. In addition, ParentalControls2010.com will report any users found pirating other products to the products developer or care-keeper.

PROTECTION OF TRADE SECRETS
By using any ParentalControls2010.com product you agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, modify or change any part of it for the reasons of discovering its internal methods or works. To do so is a violation of ParentalControls2010.com copyright protection.

COPYRIGHTS
All graphics, software, code samples, and other digital information contained on this web site, as well as software distributed over the Internet are copyright protected and owned by ParentalControls2010.com. Should you wish to use any site content, be it text information, code samples, or what have you, please contact us for permission.

AGREEMENT
By installing, running, or using any ParentalControls2010.com product or service you agree to the above Policies. In addition you agree that you will follow the ParentalControls2010.com Policies at all times when using an ParentalControls2010.com product or service.

NOTICE: The Spy Act simply refers to the installation of advertising or data-gathering spyware without the computer owner's consent. Under the bill, it is STILL legal to install ANY program you want onto YOUR computer! It has always been illegal to install hidden software onto a machine if you don't have the owner's consent. The Spy Act criminalizes those who attempt to install software on a machine which they do not own, many of which cases are advertising-related. This Spy software is 100% legal as long as the computer you are installing it onto is YOUR computer. We do not condone, promote or tolerate the use of our software for illegal purpose
